This is important because moving can be extremely strenuous work, even when you know what you are doing. An unfit mover will tire and is therefore more likely to injure himself or a customer’s possession(s).
Our men know that moving requires a strong team. Therefore, all employees go through a trial period where their performance is evaluated. Only if he proves himself both mentally and physically is he hired. My men would not let me hire someone who would weaken their team. All our employees enjoy the challenging work. Not only are they excellent movers, but they are extremely friendly and courteous men.
