This is important because moving can be extremely strenuous work, even when you know what you are doing. An unfit mover will tire and is therefore more likely to injure himself or a customer's possession(s). Our men are trained to handle delicate and expensive pieces. They are partially financially responsible in the event that something is damaged. This helps to create a very careful and professional environment. |

Our men know that moving requires a strong team. Therefore, all employees go through a trial period where their performance is evaluated. Only if he proves himself both mentally and physically is he hired. My men would not let me hire someone who would weaken their team. All our employees enjoy the challenging work.
